The missional strategy for Leading Everyone to Find and Follow Jesus is through:

Values of Oikos
CHRIST-CENTERED
Jesus is central to everything we are and all that we do. We want to always offer clear, biblical understanding of the person and work of Jesus in every situation. We seek to be a Christ-Centered community of believers that disciples one another into Christ-Centered lives. (Hebrews 11:1-2)
SPIRIT-DEPENDENT
God has poured the Holy Spirit into the life of each believer to empower us for serving His mission. We rely completely on the Spirit for guidance, conviction, understanding, and joy. We seek to walk by the Spirit as He fills and renews us from within. (Galatians 5.22-25)
GRACE-FILLED
God's grace to us is our calling card to the world. God has generously served our greatest need in Jesus. So we seek to be a people of generosity, serving the needs of one another and our community, as we share His grace. (1 Peter 4.10-11)
FAMILY-FOCUSED
God has designed marriage and family as the essential building blocks for society. We value families at every stage and invest in marriages, parents, and kids. Through the church, God places the lonely in a family of faith where we can each experience the love, acceptance, and belonging we are made for. (Ephesians 2.19-20)
